Direct
Care offers residents complete personal care services. State
caregivers under the direction of our State-Licensed manager
provide the following:

- Cueing
and redirecting
- Health

- Assistance
with medical appointments

Supportive Services
Plan
Prior
to move-in, the resident, the family and our staff develop
a Care-Service plan designed to meet the resident's needs,
desires and in accordance with physician's direction. The
plan is then reviewed quarterly or when the needs of our residents
change.
Living
Space Rates
Casa de Esperanza Direct Care offers three different living space
choices for Direct Care. Living spaces are rented on a month-to-month
basis with no buy-in fees.
Current
Direct Care rates are as follows:
- Shared
room, shared bath - call for rates
- Private
room, shared bath - call for rates
- Private
room, private bath - call for rates
Rental rates include personal care services. Rates are evaluated
annually and may be adjusted as individual needs increase.
Residents receive a minimum 30 day notice of any rate changes.

Direct Care State certified staff is carefully chosen to work
with our residents. Their combination of experience, care
